1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to return an item. Returns for perishable items may be subject to additional conditions or limitations.

2. Return Process

  • Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.
