1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
  • During high-demand periods (such as holidays or sales), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.
  • Next-Day Delivery: Available in select locations; orders must be placed before 12 PM local time for next-day delivery.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of the package. Multiple shipping options and prices will be provided during checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the shipping carrier’s website and monitor the progress of your shipment. If you need assistance with tracking, feel free to contact us.

4. Shipping Delays

5. International Shipping

Currently, Ramro Tea only ships domestically. For international customers, please email for special inquiries, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at manager@back2nature.in. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, including reshipping your order if necessary.
